How and why did you decide to pursue your business?
We decided to pursue this business because of our love of enjoying delicacy with our friends, family and loved ones. Nothing makes us more happy than providing quality drinks and an exceptional customer experience. Did we also mention that Bubble Tea/Boba is our life?!
What are you most passionate about in your business?
I guess this one ties in with why we started out on this venture. We wanted to revolutionize the bubble industry by making it more inclusive for other cultures to enjoy. We embrace the Taiwanese roots of bubble tea while developing and improving the taste and quality, as can be seen in our wide selection of drinks.
What do you LOVE about Downtown Oakville?
We love the kind people of Oakville and the energy they bring! The surrounding businesses and neighbours are friendly and very welcoming. The area is so vibrant and we know that it will only get better as a community from here.
