Whether it’s candy, costumes or just good old fashioned scary fun, you’re never too old to enjoy Halloween. Here are five ways you can get into the Halloween spirit in Downtown Oakville this October:
Show Off Your Costume During Tiny Tots on Parade Calling all Trick-or-Treaters! This Halloween, come on down to Downtown Oakville’s Centennial Square (120 Navy Street) at 10 a.m. and show us your best costume. Then hit the town until noon to gather fantastic treats (never tricks!) from our many merchants. They can’t wait to see you again this year!
Join a Ghost Walk with the Oakville Historical Society With its historic buildings and heritage homes, it’s only to be expected that Downtown Oakville is home to a few restless spirits. Learn more about Downtown Oakville’s haunted history during one of the Oakville Historical Society’s ghost walks, running nightly from October 16 to 30 (excluding Sundays). During these walks, you’ll take a trip back in time to the Downtown Oakville of the 1800s, with a spooky tour led by a famous historical figure from that era. Learn more
