How and why did your decide to pursue your business?
These shoes were not available in North America and there are over 100 stores in Germany alone, as well as many other natures in Europe, Scananavia, Asia, Australia and Russia.
What are you most passionate about in your business?
Being an ex-football player for over 20 years, I've had many ailments and aches and pains over the years. I started wearing these shoes and it changed my life. I no longer have knee pain or lower back pain. My life is better because of the shoes and I want to share these shoes and help other transition into barefoot shoes.

Tell us something about yourself that might surprise others.
I played 22 years for the Oakville Longhorns Football club (1985-2006). These were the glory years - we won 13 straight provincial titles and 4 straight Nation titles. I am an ex-Burlington resident who now lives on Stoney Lake just north of Peterborough. We have always loved Downtown Oakville and feel we are a good fit for the Downtown district.
