Joseph, currently the Director for the Oakville Public Library, brings a wealth of experience in marketing, communications, sales and finance. With a background in establishing a retail chain and notable positions at Labatt Breweries and the Oakville Public Library, he has a flair for strategic planning. He has also positively impacted non-profits, including the Scarborough Basketball Association. His philosophy revolves around continuous improvement and creative problem-solving, honed through dynamic roles in marketing and sales.
