How and why did you decide to pursue your business?
I saw the restaurant scene changing, with intricate dishes and endless combinations. I missed the simplicity of classic dining. My vision for XII was to create a place with a vintage vibe, offering straightforward, delicious food and an unforgettable experience. At XII, you'll enjoy a nostalgic meal of steak and potatoes, strong drinks, and a touch of jazz. I wanted to offer the community a Sinatra-approved dinner and show—a spot where great food, drinks, and ambiance come together for an exceptional night out.
What are you most passionate about in your business? Â
I’m passionate about people, great food, and fantastic cocktails. I love interacting with guests and being part of a close-knit community. My goal is to create an atmosphere where every meal and drink is prepared with care, as if for family. Ensuring that everyone has a great time is what drives me.
