Downtown Oakville BIA - Special Meeting - 2023 Operating Budget

Dear Downtown Oakville BIA Membership,
We hope you are all enjoying a wonderful Holiday Season. As per the Town of Oakville’s requirement to approve the 2023 operational budget at the beginning of the year, we will be holding our annual Special Budget Meeting with members to share our proposed 2023 Operating Plan and Budget for approval. The primary purpose of this meeting is to review and approve the 2023 budget, and then we will be back to you to have a more fulsome discussion and presentation (including the 2022 Audited Financial statements), at our annual 2023 AGM in May.
The timing of the Special Budget meeting helps to ensure that we are investing the funds earlier in the year where it supports the Strategy and delivers on-going value to the membership.
