Wagon Rides with Santa & Carolers in Downtown Oakville

Saturdays & Sundays November 29 - December 21, 2014

Whether you're finishing your Christmas shopping, preparing your home and self for the holidays, picking up a treat for a host, or out dining and celebrating the season, you can enjoy crossing off your holiday 'to-do list' in Downtown Oakville, with wagon rides with Santa throughout the Downtown (pick up in Towne Square) and the melodic sounds of carollers!

 


Glama Gal Presents a Funky Sweater Holiday Party

When:  Tuesday December 23rd, 2014 from 6:30pm to 8:30pm 

What: Funky Holiday Sweater Party for Ages 6 and Up

Why: We ask tweens to come in with their funkiest holiday sweater. We have some great activities planned for this event including holiday nail art, photo station with props, gingerbread cookie decorating contest, funky holiday hairstyle and accessory, and ending the night off with some pink hot chocolate and cookies. 

Where: All Glama Gal Locations- Vaughan, Ajax, Oakville, Newmarket, Toronto, Markham and Sudbury.

Share your Christmas wishlist and get your photo taken with Santa in the magical setting of Towne Square, with it's beautiful Christmas tree, music, holiday treats and more for all ages to enjoy!

Photos available free to all.  We are accepting donations to a local charity or unwrapped gift for CHCH Christmas Toy Drive


 

Tree Lighting Ceremony

Kick off the Christmas season and create magical memories for your little ones in Downtown Oakville’s Towne Square at the annual Tree Lighting Ceremony! Enjoy incredible entertainment, caroling, Santa, treats, and of course the lighting of the beautiful tree.

Evening will begin with incredible music from Merriam School of Music students - be prepared to be blown away by the talent of these 8-16 year olds!  Then join in for a group carolling session, before welcoming Santa and lighting the tree!  Wrap up the great evening with more talented vocalists and musicians amidst the beautiful twinkle of the Christmas Tree lights!

RINK GRAND OPENING

January 4, 2014

In celebration of the opening of the rink we welcome you and your family to our Grand Opening celebration.  With live music, family entertainment, skating demonstrations, rink-side treats, official ribbon cutting ceremony with Mayor Burton and special guests, it will be a fun day for the whole family and a great way to round out the holidays before school resumes.

 

SOFT RINK OPENING

December 20, 2013

7:00am– 11:00am

Join us for a skating party to celebrate the start of the new rink.  Meet RBC Olympian Becky Keller-Duke, enjoy live music, skating demonstrations, and delicious treats.  Demo skates available in select sizes, first come first serve.  

 

Also, later that afternoon come by the rink for an opportunity to meet Toronto Maple Leaf goalie Jonathan Bernier from 2:00pm – 3:00pm
