Doors open for a light breakfast and check in at 8:00 am, followed by the Annual General Meeting from 8:30 – 9:30 am.

The purpose of this meeting is to approve the Downtown Oakville BIA 2025 Audited Financial Statements, provide a look back at what we’ve accomplished together in the last 12 months and to look forward at our priorities for the remainder of 2026 consistent with the approved 2026 budget.
