Call for Musicians:
Downtown Oakville TD Summer Music Series 🎵☀️
The TD Summer Music Series is a seasonal program that brings live music to Downtown Oakville all summer long. We invite visitors to explore Downtown while enjoying performances from artists.
Application Deadline: Friday April 10th 11:59 PM EST
We are currently seeking musicians for the following opportunities:
🎶 Acoustic Musicians (Strolling)
We’re looking for solo acoustic instrumental musicians to provide unamplified, strolling entertainment throughout Downtown Oakville, with the ability to move between performance spots within a six-block area.
Dates: July 4, 11, 25 & August 1, 8, 15, 22, 29
Time: 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Equipment: No power or equipment will be provided by the BIA; the performance must be fully acoustic
🎶 Trio Performers
We are also looking for 3-piece instrumental trios (minimum one vocalist; covers only, no original music) to perform closing sets in Towne Square (210 Lakeshore Road East)
Dates: July 4, 11, 25 & August 1, 8, 15, 22, 29
Time: 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Equipment provided by the BIA: Power (120 volts) and 1, 10’ x 10’ tent
Required Equipment: All performers must supply their own equipment (A/V)
Additional Details: Preference will be given to GTA based artists
