About the Event
Learn how to make two delicious types of ravioli (by hand) Spinach and ricotta with a butter and sage sauce and braised short-rib in a natural jus; Wild mushroom crostini and Enzo’s famous caesar salad. Followed by Zabaglione with strawberries. After the cooking session, gather around a beautifully set table and enjoy your dinner with a glass of wine.
