Calling all caregivers! Join us for stroller-friendly socials on May 14, 21, 28 and June 4 from 8:30–9:10 AM, hosted by Via Pilates. Connect with other caregivers on a scenic walk through Downtown Oakville, followed by a guided stretch to start your day feeling strong and supported.
