Calling all caregivers! Join us for stroller-friendly socials every Thursday from 8:30–9:10 AM, hosted by Via Pilates. Connect with other caregivers on a scenic walk through Downtown Oakville, followed by a guided stretch to start your day feeling strong and supported.
