About the Event
ACE member, Saori McClure, invites you to join her for a fun and educational foodie workshop. Saori, a native of Tokyo, is the owner of Bento Kitchen and will be teaching us how to make authentic vegetarian MAKI as well as her trademark, INARISUSHI! We will gather in the lounge at 132 Trafalgar Rd. All kitchen supplies and ingredients are provided. After the cooking session, enjoy a community meal together with fellow members. Meal includes your home-made sushi as well as Miso Soup (provided by Saori) and beverages (provided by Nancy).
