At Absolute Dispute Resolution, we facilitate the resolution of conflicts through mediation.
Having been educated in both family law and mediation, we understand the importance of communication and negotiation.
It is understandable that the parties involved in a dispute have their own views and know what they want the outcome to be. We strive to see the dispute through their eyes while remaining unbiased and neutral to all parties involved. We realize that perception is the reality in these situations.
Being a full-service ADR firm, we further offer divorce coaching to those that need support in getting through the separation and divorce process every step of the way.
How and why did you decide to pursue your business?
I had always worked with people going through separation and divorce and was a law clerk for many years. I knew I was meant to help people on a more one-on-one level, and so after getting myself re-educated and re-trained, I decided to open my own mediation practice.
What are you most passionate about in your business?
Helping my clients find a resolution that the parties can work with. But, I'm also passionate about helping my clients in picking up the pieces and moving forward in my coaching practice.
What do you LOVE about Downtown Oakville?
I love the Restaurants! And the whole energy. It's lively and wonderful!
