Activation Opportunity: Capture the Essence of Empowerment at Our International Women's Day Event

Are you passionate about showcasing the best in people through photography? We invite you to be a key part of our International Women's Day celebration at the Oakville Club. This is a unique opportunity to highlight your skills and support an empowering cause.

Join us at our 'togetHER', an inspiring International Women's Day event, on March 9th. The event is scheduled from 4 PM to 6:30 PM at the Oakville Club and will feature an informative panel of female founders, as well as cocktails, networking and complementary headshots. During this time, you will provide 1 professional headshots for each attendee.

This gathering is a fundraiser and all proceeds from ticket sales will go support an Oakville women's charity. Your involvement will not only display your photographic skills but also contribute to the empowerment of women in our community.

Your Role:

  • As our event photographer, you will be responsible for providing unforgettable headshots to participants.

  • You will be responsible to bring lighting, and any equipment to run and manage the event.

What’s In It For You?

  • Brand Exposure: This is a fantastic opportunity to flaunt your brand to attendees and the wider Oakville Community.

  • On-site Recognition: We'll put up an A-frame sign on site to acknowledge your contribution.

  • Marketing: We will feature your business as a partner in posts across our social media channels, and on event collateral, ensuring your brand is seen, recognized, and appreciated.

  • Networking Potential: Connect with influential community members and prospective clients in a celebratory atmosphere.

This is more than a donation of your time and skill; it's an opportunity to capture the spirit of empowerment and community solidarity.

If this resonates with you and you're excited about this impactful collaboration, please connect with us by January 31st. For any questions or further information, feel free to reach out to skay@oakvilledowntown.com. We’re keen to partner with a photographer, or a member with photographic skills, who is as enthusiastic about celebrating and supporting the women in our community as we are!
