About Dentistry on Dunn
Dentistry on Dunn is Family Dentistry in the true sense. It is a dental home for many families in and around Downtown Oakville. It is nestled in a picturesque building at the corner of Dunn Street and Randall. This dental home has served many generations in the Oakville community. Our team is a small, very close-knit family. We all believe in one mission – that is, to go that extra mile for every patient who walks into our office. "We treat our patients like family."
How and why did you decide to pursue your business?
I had always envisioned myself as a Family Dentist. It was by sheer luck and destiny that I came across Dentistry on Dunn. When I met Dr. Aliki Iordanidis, who was the previous owner of this dental office, I realized we shared the same vision and beliefs. Our belief is that dentistry is not just about teeth but more about the person. The business part is just an extension of our passion.
What are you most passionate about in your business?
As cliché as it may sound, it’s the happiness we see or feel when a patient leaves the office. Happy patient, happy dental team! Happiness for one patient may be good teeth cleaning, for another it may be smoothening a sharp tooth and for yet another it may be a brand new smile!
What do you LOVE about Downtown Oakville?
The community spirit! There’s s feeling of being supported, being inclusive. It's not like any other community in GTA. And I would like to give credit to you guys at Downtown BIA for all the hard work and effort. You keep us all together!
Tell us something about yourself that might surprise others
I start my day super early and I am usually up by 4:30am. I love working out and, if I could, I would spend a lot of time in my home gym!
