The Board Of Directors of the Downtown Oakville BIA are elected Members of the Downtown Business Community and are responsible for creating the annual Business Plan to drive traffic to the area. Call for Applications – Secretary Position The Board of Directors of the Downtown Oakville BIA is currently seeking applications for the position of Board Secretary. Interested membrs are invited to apply by Friday, October 31, 2025. This volunteer role plays an important part in supporting Board governance, meeting coordination, and record management till Fall 2026.
