Meredith Read, General Manager at Paradiso Oakville admits that the chefs’ tables closest to the kitchen are always the most sought after. Executive Chef, Adam Mackay changes the menu twice a year and draws inspiration from culinary trends in industry, but Read explains that he puts his own personal, spin on the food and uses local products and seasonal produce whenever possible. “We offer amazing food and wine, while trying to create a unique experience for our guests,” explains Read, but it goes far beyond a simple destination for dinner. Paradiso offers innovative entertaining concepts for corporate team building events, winemaker’s dinners, and weekly recreational hands-on cooking classes in the Cooking Studio.
